The analysis cabin integrates the combination, complete set and installation of industrial on-line instruments, and is first widely used in petroleum and chemical enterprises. The standardized and specialized design of the on-site analyzer cabin makes the on-site installation and maintenance of the analyzer more convenient, and provides a good operating and running environment for the analyzer. The use environment of the analyzer and the accuracy of the analysis data are ensured, and the use cycle of the analyzer is improved. The analysis cabin has been used more and more in the process unit. 

It can be divided into the basic analysis cabin and the explosion-proof positive pressure cabin. The electrical appliances, alarms, instruments and equipment installed in the basic analysis cabin are explosion-proof; the explosion-proof positive pressure cabin maintains a slight positive pressure for a long time to prevent external flammable and explosive gases from entering the cabin, and the cabin is equipped with pressure loss and overvoltage protection devices. The electrical appliances, alarms, instruments and equipment installed in the cabin can be non-explosive-proof. Explosion-proof positive pressure cabin is often used in places with high explosion-proof requirements. From the shape of the structure, we will analyze the cabin is divided into house type, cabinet type and box rack type. 

The analysis cabin is an industrial room composed of metal frame structure, metal internal and external walls, roof, insulation layer and canopy. The analysis instrument and control unit are installed on the internal wall of the analysis cabin, the sample pretreatment box is installed on the external wall, the utility pipeline and gas are installed outside the analysis cabin, and the sampling probe and pre-stage pressure reducing station are installed nearby the process pipeline. There are explosion-proof air conditioners and explosion-proof electric heaters (or steam heaters) to regulate the indoor temperature. The power distribution system covers explosion-proof distribution box, explosion-proof junction box, etc. The lighting system adopts explosion-proof fluorescent lamps with explosion-proof emergency fluorescent lamps. The interior is also equipped with ventilation, ventilation and filtration devices, which can ventilate regularly to keep the indoor air fresh. It is also equipped with an alarm interlock panel (including gas sensor and controller) and an audible and visual alarm lamp. In case of combustible/toxic gas leakage, the alarm lamp will give an audible and visual alarm to protect personal safety.
